Software Capability

Our skills and programs are competitive and kept up-to-date. We currently use SolidWorks, Gibs CAM, and Esprit CAM software.

Quality Control & Inspection

We guaranteed an in-process quality control procedure, and a temperature controlled QC room. We guarantee to perform a first article of inspection (FAI) – design verification and history file to report measurement – per each operation.

Blanket Orders & Inventory of Parts

By issuing a blanket purchase order, we can offer the service of storing and delivering inventory of our customer’s parts according to our customer’s schedule. This allows us to quickly respond to our customer’s needs, provides fewer rush orders, and allows for a more flexible production schedule.
