Since our founding, we have maintained a modern facility in keeping up to date with the requirements of our customers. We currently operate in 16,000 square feet, and have over 50 pieces of equipment on the floor including 20 CNCs.
In addition to our CNC machining equipment, we also have manual machines, cutoff saws, belt sanders, sand blasters and welding equipment.
CNC Lathes
Turning Centers:
The machines currently on the floor: CNC turning on Tsugami, Doosan, Hwacheon, and Victor.
CNC LATHE / TURNING CENTER OPERATIONS:
We currently have 2-5/8″ round bar capacity with chucking capacity of 10″ diameter.

CNC LATHE / TURNING CENTER PARTS:
These machines have the turning capability to make parts for all industries.
CNC Mills
Machining Centers:
We have Haas vertical machining centers on the floor with 4th axis capability.
MILLING MACHINING CENTER OPERATIONS:
Our largest table travel at this time is 25″ x 40″.

MILLING MACHINING CENTER PARTS:
They will be manufactured to the customer’s print.
Screw Machines
Browne & Sharpe: We Still Love These!
With 1.25″ diameter capacity, we have 5 screw machines on the floor including 00 with Slotting Brown & Sharpe and #2 Brown and Sharpe.
All of our screw machines have pick up and slot attachments.
SCREW MACHINE OPERATIONS:
Capable of turning, drilling, reaming, tapping, OD forming, and roller broaching.
Machine Shown: Browne & Sharp 00 with 1/2″ round bar capacity with pick up and slot attachments.
SCREW MACHINE PARTS:
Double 00 has a 1″ travel (length of part)
#2 has a 3″ travel (length length of part)
Manual Lathes
Manual Mills / Manual Lathes:
Our manual lathes and mills include Knuth, Wilton, Hardinge, South Bend and Delta Drill Presses.
MANUAL LATHE / MILL OPERATIONS:
These machines are mainly used for secondary operations: chamfering, ID, OD, and de-burring.
